One of our latest projects is the installation at Draught Works Brewery, conveniently located RIGHT NEXT DOOR to our shop! We, along with Jeff & Paul at the Brewery, selected materials with real provenance. Hundred year old wood salvaged from Flathead Lake. Reclaimed wood from various sources around Missoula. The old flooring pulled up from the Brewery location, a building on the Historical Registry and coincidentally the old recycling center, for those of you around MSO long enough to remember. Not only have we added a brewery, there's also Missoula Freestone climbing gym right next door, where we also left our trademark when the guys commissioned us to build their cabinetry.

Who'd-a-thunk it.

Working with this Kirei board was somewhat challenging but the finished product well worth it. The incredible colors come out on this eco-friendly material made of reclaimed pressed sorghum straw. The amazing high sheen floor was the client's idea...we love how it all shines.

Missoula Building Industry Trade Show

If you attended the MBIA Trade Show, you saw some great exhibits! This year, Blue Dog Furniture was the only furniture vendor at the show, and it was a great success! Thankyou all who attended. Be on the lookout for future trade shows to be posted. Spring is around the corner, and this is the time we see lots of folks ready to finish new construction and fill their homes with furniture. We're bracing for our busiest season!
